Accountable work. Evidence you can follow.
About Axiom Proof
Axiom Proof is the agentic DPDPA compliance platform from Axiom Minds Private Limited. It helps growing organisations, large enterprises and institutions understand their personal-data estate, assess gaps, carry out approved remediation and retain the evidence behind their decisions.
Built around your organisation’s complexity
Privacy work spans systems, teams and accountable people. Whether you are establishing a privacy programme or coordinating one across business units, legal entities and a large customer base, the engagement starts with your estate, current state and responsibilities. Scope, supported integrations, review gates, reporting and support are agreed for the work involved.
Privacy and legal teams, security and technology teams, operational owners and independent reviewers need different views and permissions. Axiom Proof keeps preparation, review, approval, execution and release separate, with traceable records that management and auditors can examine. An organisation’s headcount or revenue is not the boundary of the service.
Why “Proof”?
A useful compliance report must explain what was examined, which controls applied, what was found, who approved a change and what evidence supports the outcome. Axiom Proof connects those records so a reviewer can follow the work and understand its limits. A score or an authenticated dossier does not, on its own, guarantee legal compliance or replace qualified legal advice.
How we work
Drishti discovers data, Vibhaag classifies it and Parikshan assesses the applicable controls. Sudhaar proposes typed remediation with dry-run and rollback requirements; it holds no execution write credentials. Your authorised approver reviews and signs the scope before Karya can execute the approved actions.
Samadhan reconciles outcomes against the approved plan. Saakshi retains sealed evidence, Lekha records the audit trail and Prativedan prepares source-linked reports for human review. Pramaan brings verified findings, reconciled outcomes, evidence and signatures into the authenticated final closure dossier. Missing evidence or unresolved checks must not be presented as completed closure.
Nazar supports ongoing regulatory watch within the agreed programme. Sanket supports our internal market research. Each agent has defined permissions and an autonomy ceiling; preparing a plan or report does not grant authority to change a customer’s systems or release a final report.
Data residency: India
India-hosted cloud, with data kept within India
Our customer workspace data residency commitment is India: customer personal data, evidence and audit records are kept within India. The cloud provider and Indian deployment region are specified for the service concerned; the public commitment is to the country, rather than a single provider or region code.
Deployment choices must meet the agreed security, processing and residency requirements. Raw customer personal values are not sent to third-party AI providers. Website delivery, correspondence and other external services have their own processing details, explained in our privacy policy. Residency wording describes the commitment; deployment evidence establishes how a particular service meets it.
